Everything was perfect. They considered all our requests, like a quick check-in, a piece of cake for the birthday, and an iron. Check-in was much faster than the time given, and we were very happy about that. The staff was nice. The room was warm, which is very important for this type of building. The area and the views are amazing. There is a restaurant and a spa will open soon. It takes 20 minutes to get to the center by car. I definitely recommend this hotel. It is worth visiting at least once. Thank you for the great service!

The location on the hill outside the city but still not far away. The ambience of the castle. The rooms overlooking the hills and the river . Such a stunning view! The interior style and the quality of the materials - world class. The attitude from the staff is priceless! Highly recommended. Ps in the fall of 2024 they gonna get a swimming pool and spa. It’s gonna be a slay!

Everything from the Castle stay to the amazing staffs hospitality! The GM on duty - Rafel gave us a complimentary room upgrade. We were also late to check in and the staff also made us a late snack with free drinks ( a lovely kind gesture) This is a beautiful venue to stay. The hospitality and kindness from Rafel and staff were exceptional. We felt at home and any issues were dealt with due care and professionally with customers at heart. The internet wifi speed was very good, one of the best we’ve experienced. The restaurant food was great. An Exceptional stay and we wish Zinar Castle the best with their upcoming business ventures, we hope they flourish! A massive Thank you to Rafel and the team.

Amazing castle hotel staff are really friendly beautiful views nice bedrooms the breakfast was great for the price. It was a steal plus the location is a quiet area of beautiful views yet close to crack off. It’s only 15 minutes apart. I found it amazing

It's a beautiful castle with interesting history. The main attraction is the terrace, which we unfortunately could not enjoy because of the weather. Staff is very nice and friendly.

The castle was marvelous and the view was super beautiful. We arrived late in the evening and were still warmly welcomed, we received a bottle of prosecco on the house because the bar was already closing. We changed rooms at the last minute because we wanted a bath, this was no problem at all, otherwise the room was really nice. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast (a kind of high tea) and the service was very friendly. We were able to enjoy the beautiful view for a while. A 100% recommendation!

This stunning and cozy hotel is located in a great location. The views from the properties are breathtaking. One of the standout features is that the hotel is pet-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable as we could bring our furry companion along. I had the pleasure of staying at Zinar Hotel and it was truly a magical experience!

The place is absolutely gorgeous. It's up on the hill so getting there without car might be difficult. The view is great, facility is 3 months old it still smells like new. You can even fully open the window which is not a guarantee everywhere.
